At Greendiscounter, we make every effort to deliver your order to your home quickly, safely and on fair terms. On this page you can read all about shipping costs, delivery times, pickup in our store and return options.

🚚 Delivery time

We usually ship your order within 1 – 2 business days.
During busy periods, shipping may be delayed by up to one day.

Average delivery time by country:

Belgium | 2 – 3 working days

Your order will be delivered via parcel post. Will your order fit in the mailbox? Then we will send it via letter post.

💰 Shipping cost

Shipping costs depend on the number of packages your order is shipped in.

The following rates apply for the Netherlands, Germany & Belgium:

  • 1 package: €7.95
  • 2 packages: €14.90
  • 3 packages: €23.85
  • Each additional package: €7.95 per package

We calculate shipping costs based on the actual number of boxes needed to safely ship your order.

Pallet shipment

Does the total order weight exceed 300 kg, or involve large items or items heavier than 30 kg?
Then the order will be shipped via pallet transport.

Cost pallet shipment: €79.95 per pallet.

Don’t want to pay shipping costs? Then you can also pick up your order free of charge at our store in Emmerich.

🔎 Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
Allows you to easily track your package to your front door online.

We deliver exclusively in:

  • Netherlands
  • Germany

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount including the original shipping costs.

The cost of return shipping from your address to our online store is at your own expense (on average €7.25 per package, check with your carrier for current rates).

Prerequisites:

  • Return the product with all supplied accessories.
  • If possible in original condition and packaging.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the order amount within 14 days.

Exchange

Would you prefer a different product?

Defective or unsatisfactory product? → Exchange is possible.

Product is fine, but you still want something else? → Return the product and place a new order. The purchase price of the first order will be refunded once the product is received back in good order.
