At Greendiscounter, we make every effort to deliver your order to your home quickly, safely and on fair terms. On this page you can read all about shipping costs, delivery times, pickup in our store and return options.

🚚 Delivery time

We usually ship your order within 1 – 2 business days.
During busy periods, shipping may be delayed by up to one day.

Your order will be delivered via parcel post. Will your order fit in the mailbox? Then we will send it via letter post.

Shipping costs depend on your order amount and the number of packages.

👉 Examples:

  • For an order of < €150, you pay €7.95 per package.

  • With an order of €150, you get 1 free package. Do you want 2 packages delivered? Then you will pay €7.95 for the 2nd package. For 3 packages, you pay 2 × €7.95.

  • With a €300 order, you get 2 free packages. Do you want 3 packages delivered? Then you will pay €7.95 for the 3rd package.

This allows us to keep our prices competitive while still offering a fair shipping arrangement.

Pallet shipment

Is your order too large or heavy for parcel post? Then we ship via pallet transport.

  • Cost pallet shipment: €80 per pallet.

Don’t want to pay shipping costs? Then you can also pick up your order free of charge at our store in Emmerich.

🔎 Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
Allows you to easily track your package to your front door online.

We deliver exclusively in:

  • Netherlands

  • Germany

  • Belgium

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the product.

  • You will receive a full refund of the order amount including the original shipping costs.

  • The cost of return shipping from your address to our online store is at your own expense (on average €7.25 per package, check with your carrier for current rates).

Prerequisites:

  • Return the product with all supplied accessories.

  • If possible in original condition and packaging.

Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the order amount within 14 days.

Exchange

Would you prefer a different product?

  • Defective or unsatisfactory product? → Exchange is possible.

  • Product is fine, but you still want something else? → Return the product and place a new order. The purchase price of the first order will be refunded once the product is received back in good order.
