SHIPPING:

Within how many days will I receive my order?
In the Netherlands and Germany, your order will normally be shipped within 2 business days, but this can extend to up to 5 days in some cases. For Belgium, this is 7 days.
The package will be delivered by parcel post or letterbox post.

Shipping Costs:
The following shipping costs apply to most products on our website:
Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Germany are €7.95 for orders under €125.
For Belgium, a rate of €9.95 applies for orders under €125.

For both the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, orders over €125 will be shipped for free!

However, we also sell a number of products that are too large and/or heavy for regular mail delivery, or simply very fragile.

In order to still provide fast and careful delivery, we are forced to charge a separate shipping rate for these products
of €80.

Track & Trace
Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during the ordering process.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code, in your e-mail inbox, so you can track your package online.

Which countries do we deliver to?
You can have your orders delivered in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.

RETURNS:

Return:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. This cost is approximately 7.25 per package, please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@greendiscounter.de
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exchange:
Still prefer a different product? This is only possible if the original product does not function as desired or is defective. Is the product just fine, but would you prefer a different product? Then you need to return the original product and place a new order yourself on our website.
Of course, the purchase price of the original product will be deposited as soon as it is received in good order.
