This dried extract has been used for years to control harmful nematodes in soil, but has no effect on worms/mites.
It breaks the life cycle (eggs and larvae) of harmful nematodes (Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus, thrips, potato mites, centipedes, pill bugs, root flies, earthworms and sciarid flies) that live in soil, and in hydroponic cultures springtails and root lice.
For best results and to efficiently break the life cycle, it is recommended to use BIO-GRANULES in combination with APHIDS-0. BIO-GRANULES kills eggs and larvae, while Aphids-0 targets sciarid flies (Sciaridae).
Administration and dosage:
1 kg is enough for about 25 m2 or 150 13-liter pots.
Preventative: Mix 1 tablespoon of BIO-GRANULES into your potting soil/coconut fiber before planting. For perennial plants, spread on the ground and work in and/or water if possible. Repeat after 4 weeks.
Curative: (soil/coconut fiber) Sprinkle 1 teaspoon over your pots and then water from above (with or without fertilizer).
In hydroponics: Take BIO-GRANULES out of the package and put it in a pantyhose or nylon sock, knot it up and put it in or hang it on your nutrient tank. Keep moist to wet. Stir well while watering.
